Attention Mr Neil Gregory / Mr Richard Call

Good afternoon Neil,

Following from my telephone call with Richard this morning, I would like to register a formal complaint to your factory for the well over due pump we ordered from yourselves in June.  Our customer is not best pleased as the non delivery of this pump is causing a major problem onboard one of his vessels.  It was promised for delivery at the end of June and has caused us to be in a very embarrassing situation.  I feel that Richard has done his best to deliver the pump and it appears that the factory are to blame.

If you can look into the situation and keep me up to date with when we will receive the pump.
